Creel
About Creel

Software built by people who understand the factory floor

Creel started as a side project for a mid-size textile plant drowning in spreadsheets. Today it runs production for hundreds of factories across Latin America.

We watched a plant manager keep track of 40 active production orders across four notebooks and a wall of sticky notes. Every size/color grid was rebuilt by hand for every new order. Every stock count was a guess until someone physically walked the warehouse.

Creel exists because textile production deserves better tools than a spreadsheet duct-taped to a WhatsApp group. We built the Order Matrix, the Production Kanban, and the Predictive Core specifically for garment manufacturing — not adapted from some generic factory template.

Today, Creel runs the daily operations of hundreds of textile plants, from small ateliers to multi-plant groups. We're still obsessively focused on one thing: making the factory floor easier to run than it is to ignore.

What we believe

The principles behind every product decision we make.

Built for the floor, not the boardroom

Every feature starts with a real problem observed on a real production line, not a spec sheet.

No black-box automation

Predictive alerts explain their reasoning. You always know why Creel flagged a bottleneck.

Migration should never be the blocker

We built import tooling for legacy ERPs because switching software shouldn't cost you a season.

Software should keep up with the factory

Stock, stages, and grids update in real time — not on a nightly batch job.
